Built in 1902, Victoria Boutique Villa is ideally located in the peaceful, up-market residential area of Upper Gardens.
Close to trendy and sophisticated cafes and restaurants, in the foothills of magnificent Table Mountain, minutes from the central business district, the V&A Waterfront, beautiful beaches and magnificent world-class wineries, you can make the Victoria Boutique Villa your home.
Accommodation & Facilities
Our Villa comprises seven luxury rooms: a Villa Suite, four Villa Rooms and two Villa Garden Rooms. After significant renovations, our Villa exhibits modern luxury luxury whilst retaining many of the original features of the grand old Victorian home.

Our Villa Suite, a gracious and charming room, boasts a king size bed, separate bathroom including claw-foot bath, and private hall.
Our flexible Villa Garden Rooms, offering either a twin or double share accommodation, make them suitable for a family, friends, individuals or couples.

Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy
- A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation
- We accept direct bank transfers, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX. (We do not make any additional charges to guests settling their accounts in this way.)
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Balance of accommodation account is payable on arrival
- Cancellation within 14 days of date of arrival, 75% of full accommodation payable
- Cancellation, including no show or early departure within 7 days of arrival, full accommodation payable
- Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re let rooms
- We are unable to accept personal cheques
